RV HITCH rv hitch!!?

I have a 32 foot rig with a beefed up hitch that includes weight distribution and sway bars; however, it is noisy as hell. It is full of squeaks and grinding noises whenever I make turns. Like an old train trying to make it to a stop! Am I supposed to lubricate all these moving parts? I hear a lot of other rigs making that noise too so I figure it was normal? WD40 would work? Hahaha let me know!!
