I hear you Simon. I'm a Christian and wish people could discuss things in a more rational and objective manner - even and especially those in my own religion. I definitely believe that it's all about faith, the essence of which cannot be proved, and may sometimes fly in the face of science. But, if God is big enough to be supernatural, he is not bound by the laws of the natural universe.
