On OLTL anyone else think marcie is deranged?

i've been wanting to ask this question for like 2 wks now. the scenes where she was pretty much badgering starr at the diner was down right scary to me. i really think she's deranged. i know she wants to have a baby bad but she should've thought a/b that BEFORE she became a kidnapper,now no one will let her adopted a baby through an angency. i was suprised she was allowed to get a job at the hospital nursery/daycare w/her criminal record for kidnapping a child. all she had to do was give todd back his son and adopted another kid but no she took off w/that sam. even todd would've had a heart and let them see the kid had she not skipped town w/him. i'm sorry i think she's scary and think starr is completely nuts to think this unstable woman is a good choice to raise her child. this REALLY shows her immaturity as well. and why hasn't blair stepped up and said she would support her daughter if she chose to keep the child and then starr can still be a teenager and a parent .
