What should I do for my acne? ?

Okay, so Im first going to explain my acne. im only 13 btw haha. I have blackheads and small white bumps on my nose. On my chin I have light colored pimple things that blend into the skin and are easily covered up. My forehead is my biggest issue. I have white bumps that are clumped together and noticable from close up. I also have pimples along my hair line. The products I use are Proactiv, st. ives apricot scrub (for exfoliating), clean and clear oil free dual action moisturizer, and I occasinally use an egg white mask or toothpase and salt for blackheads. I get dry around my mouth and chin. I really just want this ance gone because I have porcelin skin and without make up, its pretty bad. Any home remedies or suggestions would be great! Thank you!(:
