Why argue over Halloween?

I'm a christian, I don't think letting my kids go trick-or-treating means that I'm encouraging them to worship the devil. Most of the churches in our area have fall festivals with candy and carnival rides and most of the parents show up with their kids dressed in cute costumes. I see nothing wrong with that. The same people who get all bent out of shape over halloween are the same ones with skeletons in their closets.
