Does Cardiff attract many foreign tourists, like London or Edinburgh?

it does attract a lot of foreign tourists, and it also has a lot of foreign students. but Cardiff is much smaller than London and Edinburgh so it is hard to compare them - there is more to do in London than Cardiff so more tourists may chose to go there
