Why our Philippine Government cannot defeat the ? ?

They are spending our money by wasting bullets and other ammunitions. I remember the days of ERAP. They also attack the Abus and but still they wasted time and worst, they wasted many civilians rather than the rebels. At the end, it only ended up "PEACE TALKS".
