When Obama talks about "siding with the special interests", does he realize CHRIS DODD wrote this bill?

Of course he does but he knows most of the ignorant public will eat this up as some kind of revenge on the banker bill. The democrats will take advantage of the public anger on this one and p it with the help of a few RINO's. I wonder what ever happened to just auditing the Fed as a reform, all the hundreds of cosponsors seem to have forgot about it.
