What should I get my 15yr old boy for Christmas?

I know Christmas is like...3 1/2 months away but I like to start early! He has an ipod, playstaion, and a phone! He loves electronic stuff but hes not a "nerd" like he would get something nerdy like scrabble!lol Well anyway the limit is 200-250..any ideas??
