What is the name of this movie?

it's an animated movie, and it involves the earth getting destroyed and humans becoming refugees in the universe. there are these aliens that apparently have it in for us and want to eradicate humans from the universe, but there's this spaceship hidden somewhere that can make an earth 2.... does anyone know this one??
