What do the Ku Klux Klan unjustly blame black people for?

Being the reason that some white people can not find jobs, or being the reason that the country is falling apart. But how could someone with no power be the reason that the country is falling apart. The KKK was blaming, Black People, White people who show compasion to people that are not white, Hispanic, and Semetic people for the problems of the country long before BO was in office.
