Should I use Creatine?

Im 15(and 1/2!!) and work out every day. I hear you shouldnt use it if you dont work out as hard as you can but i go to my ful potential when lifting. What do you guys think? What is a good brand to use and should i use serum or powder?(if it means anything i use a bo flex and a curl bar for my workout)
