Mole on face with hairs, please help?

About a year ago I got a mole which at the time I took to be acne until it didn't go after several months and felt like a mole. It then started growing dark hair out of it which is stiff like a cats whisker, it constant needs plucking and getting the root to remove it with a pair of tweezers but within 2 days they are back again. Its annoying as im 18 male and dont want a mole, let alone one with black cat like whiskers growing out of it! What can I do please thanks...
