Is there a "th" sound is Russian?

No, there is no such a sound in Russian (that is why it is difficult for many Russian learners of English). Your name will be spelled Элизабет (not sure of the stress). The Russian equivalent thereof will be Елизавета (or Elizaveta, the stress on the fourth syllable - ElizavEta) with a letter "т" pronounced as "t".
