IPod nano battery life?

It probably doesn't do any harm to it, but it probably isn't helping it either. You do know you don't have to unplug it to check the battery. All you have to do is touch the click wheel and you can see if the battery is still charging or not. What I do is every few weeks I charge my ipod right before I go to bed that way I'm not waiting for it to charge all day. When I wake up, it's ready to go and fully charged!
