How can i as a sociopath better fit in to keep a job?

i am a sociopath ive physically injured bosses and employees at places ive worked i loose my temper at the drop of a hat and well its my personal belief that remorse and guilt is for the weak. ive tried going to a shrink wich then diagnosed me as sociopathic with a list of other issues wich i find funny cause people are always saying sociopaths hurt small animals wich is bull some may but others like myself feel its our responsibility to protect them since they cant protect themselves but on the other side of the coin i really dont care if a human was dying in front of me if i had somewhere to be or something better to do i may chuckle but thats as far as my involvment would go . but i get off subject i havent been able to keep a job cause of the temper aspect of my problem is there a drug or something i can take to supress the rage i may be a lil crazy but i still need a paycheck to pay the bills lol and if anyone suggests weed ive tried that and yes it did calm me down and even me out alot but it is illegal and not willing to goto jail for it im in a no med marijuana state sigh backward hillbillies
