Does you spouse have some disgusting habits that they will not stop doing?

My husband hangs his sweaty gym cloths around the room to dry out so he can wear them again! It makes the room smell, I grab them and gripe at him every time, but he wont stop. Any suggestions to make him stop this ? He also reuses toilet paper! I know it is hard to believe, and he is educated and has a good job. Go figure!
